sets and expertise required to help customers get up to speed
quickly and maintain a constant level of self-sufficiency.
Installing
the foCIS System
Envision can install the foCIS software on the customer's hardware
and test the system in the customer environment. Envision can
also configure and set foCIS System parameters to meet customer
business requirements.
Developing
Detailed Project Plans
Envision can help customers draft a complete project plan - outlining
timelines, deadlines, milestones, roles, responsibilities, and
accountability - for each phase of the foCIS installation and
any other required and associated programs or projects.
Reporting
Project Status
Once your implementation is underway, staying current with the
project status is crucial for your management and users. Envision
can draft plans to establish mutually acceptable levels for reporting
project status details.
Custom
Programming
Envision can assist customers with custom programming to modify
or enhance the foCIS baseline configuration as necessary to meet
site-specific functionality and features.
Testing
Software
Envision provides software testing services to assist the customer
with user acceptance of the foCIS application. Services range
from development of testing procedures to direct testing of the
foCIS System within the production environment.
Supporting
Users During "Go-Live"
Envision can provide 24-hour, on-site assistance when the utility
"goes live" with the foCIS System. Professional team members can
assist with both technical and user issues.
Converting
Data from your Current System
Envision can write, test, and deliver data conversion programs
to transfer information from the current CIS/Billing system to
the new foCIS System.
